L'évo has been reborn as an auberge.
Drawn by Toyama, created in Toyama, L'évo selected the village of Toga in Toyama Prefecture, where untouched nature and landscapes unchanged for centuries still exist, as its place to come together. With the restaurant as its heart, L'évo also has cottages to stay in and its own vegetable garden, creating an auberge that brings to mind the settlement that once existed here.

L'évo has three cottages for guests to stay overnight. Here you can enjoy a private time with your family or friends without worrying about who else might be around. Our special breakfast, inspired by breakfasts in Toga, is an extra treat offered only to overnight guests.
レヴォは富山の中でもとくに交通の便に恵まれない場所にあります。経路によっては道路が狭い場所や急な坂道などがあり、車でも簡単にはアクセスできません。だからこそ手付かずの自然や日本の原風景が残されています。わざわざ脚を運んでいただくだけの価値をご実感ください。
Unfortunately, L'évo is hard to get to.
L'évo is hard to get to even for Toyama. Some routes will require driving along narrow roads or steep hills, making it not easy to access even by car. But that is why untouched nature and the traditional landscapes of Japan can still be found here. Once you arrive, you’ll realize that the journey was worth it.
清流のそばにしか住めない小さな生き物、オロロ。夏のひと時、利賀村ではこの虫が多く発生いたします。虫刺され回避のため、夏季は女性のお客様にも、パンツ・ルックでのご来店をお願い申しあげます。（8月上旬ころ、夏季休業予定）
A request for summer.
The ororo is a type of small horsefly that can only live near clear water. At one point during summer, large numbers of these flies can be found in Toga. To avoid being bitten, we strongly suggest that female guests also wear long pants. (We are scheduled to close for summer during early August.)
オープンキッチンの天井部分にはドイツ製の強力な吸排気システムを導入し、レストラン内の換気システムを充実させました。ダイニングはゆったりとテーブルを配置し、アルコールでの消毒を徹底。コテージでもアルコール消毒、換気を強化。また、各建物内に「BIOZONE」を設置し、オゾンによる感染予防対策も実施しています。
Preventing infections.
The ceiling of our open kitchen uses a German-made forced extraction system to enhance the ventilation within the restaurant. There is plenty of space between tables, and we thoroughly disinfect everything with alcohol. The cottages are also disinfected with alcohol and have increased ventilation. In addition, a Biozone has been installed in each building, using ozone to prevent infection.
